Brent the manager is amazing. Coco, the employee is amazing. All staff working behind the counter are helpful and friendly. All other staff working in the service bay’s are great.
On road trip two of our tires failed. We tried two firestone shops but both were a bust after driving hours to get there. One was in a military base with no access (that could have been made more obvious either on the website or when we called and talked to them) the other was a shop that didn't tell us until three hours in that they actually didn't have the tires on hand we needed. Just all around bad service, bought 4 tires and had an appointment last Saturday at 6:00, dropped my car off and everything, they told me to come back hour and a half to two hours, I’d get a text. Never got a text, came back at 8:00 just to see they never even put my tires on. I guess they sent me an email at 6:45 saying the appointment got canceled. No text, no call. Just picked my tires up next day and took somewhere else to have them installed.
Waited for 2.5 hours to get a tire patched. I’ve been here before for the same thing and it took 30 minutes. Once my car was done, it took an additional 15 minutes of waiting to get my key. There is only one worker that could charge me for service, and they were on lunch. We had to wait on a manager from the store to come up to give her my money. I should’ve kept it.
Andy and Carl were the lone survivors during the severe winter weather event in 2026. Few businesses were open but they were. And in sub freezing temperatures they agreed to change my truck battery. Great customer service Great work ethic These guys need to be recognized for their resolve.
