I am extremely disappointed with the Auto Care Service Department. I scheduled an appointment for 5:30 PM, only to arrive and be told that my appointment could not be completed. What is most frustrating is that no one from the department called, texted, or contacted me beforehand to let me know there was an issue. This was a major inconvenience because this is my only day off, and I planned my schedule around this appointment.
