Had a 5:30pm appointment for oil change on my wife's car. I arrived at 5:15 and the doors were locked. After walking around to front of building to enter an open entrance and going to the Auto Center thru store... An associate notified me they dont do any mechanical work after 4pm. Thanks for wasting my time. Skip this location for all your service needs.
Went there for appointment and they said it’s closed. In walmart app it was still showing that we have appointment there
Called me less than 24 hours before my appointment to let me know their tire center is closed for a few weeks
Made an appointment to have my tires installed, got confirmation before the appointment only to arrive and be told they are not putting on tires now. The guy who assisted me was very kind but call ahead and beware so you don’t waste your time.
The tech stripped my lug nuts, lied about it and tried to say it was already stripped, then refused to replace my tires. Never again!
