A regular tire change and they wouldnt do it because the tires recommended from WM website were a different size. Nowhere on website was this listed.
Tried to sell me four new tires for a nail in a single tire. Came back today to give them another chance to fix a leaking bead on a tire and they refused to work on it due to “dry rot”, tires are not rotted and were fixed at another shop promptly. pretty sure the guy just was overwhelmed by the 4 people in line and didnt want to deal with it. Avoid this place.
The associates at the autocare center were not helpful. Even though I was informed that walk-ins were welcome for tire rotations, they did not accommodate me and instead required an appointment. However, there was no way to make an appointment either online or by phone. The store manager, Albert, was also unhelpful in resolving the issue. I do not recommend this location for auto care, as the manager appears to be very careless.
They don’t patch flats, they patch stories.. Work avoidance here isn’t a bug it’s the business model here. Service denied with such consistency, it almost feels like policy.
An appointment? Wow, I remember when you just go to Walmart and get tires. Not impressed.
