I went into my schedule appt. Withthe auto center today and my experience was horrible. The staff is very inexperienced with it seems to be updated cars. Didn’t have a clue that my car came with a tire lug nut to change my tires. Little children broke one of my lug nuts and now it’s gonna cost me $150 to $400 to replace. At least that’s what I was told by pepboys
This Walmart tire center needs to be shut down. They have a major disconnect when it comes to online ordering and pick up. They lost my order no one reached out to me at all. I showed up after my order had been stuck in the delayed status for over 2 weeks. What made matters worse is when I showed up the associate informed me that the only thing he could do is take my number and have his Team Lead JV reach out to me when he comes in at 1 (it was currently 10am). My experience here was uneasy at first I got an oil change. Everything went fine I thought until my car stopped working I was very disappointed on what happened. I went up to the Walmart and spoke with the staff and also the manager they was very nice and told me the next step on what I needed to do the next day I got my car towed up there they investigated and found what the cause of the problem was and they fixed it and I appreciate Ron very much and the whole team.
