This is the worst auto center I've used.
Love coming in for my auto care needs. Outside of the great service, the guys in the shop always find a way to keep me entertained while I wait. Never a dull moment here when it comes to these demanding customers. They always keep it cool and get the job done. Thanks guys!
Went in to purchase 2 front tires brand new, they scheduled me for next day service, went to work the next day, now my tire light is on and it says low tire pressure,it wasnt on before I went in to get new tires, now I have to take my car back up their to see what is wrong...smh
Went in the day before and was told i had to make an appointment. I made an appointment for 8:30am the next morning. I arrived at 8:15 was checked in by 8:22. 8:45am i ask when will they start on my vehicle? I was told there was 4 cars in front of mine with only one oil tech working. I literally say 4 dudes standing around talking junk listening to music . One even yelled” i want you”…..what was the point of making an appointment? Never again!
This service center is horrible, it won’t be open much longer. I had an oil change appointment on Monday, when I arrived I was informed they couldn’t change my oil, due to not having my filter. I had to buy my own filter and reschedule. I arrive back on Wednesday morning with the filter and ask is there a price reduction since I had to buy my filter? No he replied. Then I was informed “sir you have an oil leak, we can’t change it. I go down the street to 5minute oil change and was advised seems like someone sprayed wd-40 or ... read more
