This service center is horrible, it won’t be open much longer. I had an oil change appointment on Monday, when I arrived I was informed they couldn’t change my oil, due to not having my filter. I had to buy my own filter and reschedule. I arrive back on Wednesday morning with the filter and ask is there a price reduction since I had to buy my filter? No he replied. They don't change the oil on diesel pickup trucks, and the service is poor.
I was told they can NOT fix a tire for an electric vehicle because they don't have "the lift" that can safely lift my vehicle without damaging it:(
Phillip provided great customer service and was able to help me quickly and efficiently schedule an appointment last minute to get my tires replaced after I blew a tire. I came back the next day and everything went smoothly as he described!
