Waiting in automotive for over an hour says they open at 7 AM. Lady says no one’s here to help anybody no one came in to work what are we supposed to do she says. I’m going to be super late to work.
Okay never enough staff in the auto service
I am FURIOUS. Why schedule an appointment if as soon as we get here, are told that they can’t help us? Did not attempt to find another location or fix the matter! We SET APPOINTMENTS for a reason! And he waits until we are here in the store to tell us that there’s no help to be had! I had to DEMAND to find another location for him to walk off with an attitude and do it. This is why we do not use Walmart Auto, because it’s just a disappointment: much rather spend the money to take it Discount Tire and have ACTUAL help.
I was so upset about my tire but came and had Gabriel help me out. He made my day and took care of tire super quick. Best service with a smile. Will deff be back for sure . Not trying to rip u off n got me a good tire for my car. Give him a raise
