Would give 0, messed up my car during routine oil change. Beware, I'll be going elsewhere moving forward.
Vehicle sat in the parking lot without being touched for an hour and a half. Multiple vehicles kept getting taken in before mine. None of the employees could answer as to why this occurred, the mechanic bay seemed unorganized and the employees seemed more ready to go on their breaks than do actually assist the customers. Avoid unless you want to waste your money.
Extremely friendly service, great communication, amazing pricing. I do suggest for anyone going to set an appointment for sure
I made two appointments for tire two weeks apart, but both times there was no tire technician when i arrived.
Oil filter loose and leaking after service. Crossmember was left with old oil leaking all over it and onto my driveway. The technicians could’ve at least wiped off the old oil. I would expect more from a service that I had to make an appointment for.
