Made an appointment to have a tire repair. I receive text for confirmation and reminders of appointment but when I arrive they tell me they are out of repair materials. If you can send out text reminders and updates, you should also be informing people before they show up that you do not have the proper materials and/or staff present. They also have a staffing problem because they always seem to have people calling in or not showing up for the job. This needs to be addressed!

Would give 0, messed up my car during routine oil change. Beware, I'll be going elsewhere moving forward.

Vehicle sat in the parking lot without being touched for an hour and a half. Multiple vehicles kept getting taken in before mine. None of the employees could answer as to why this occurred, the mechanic bay seemed unorganized and the employees seemed more ready to go on their breaks than do actually assist the customers. Avoid unless you want to waste your money.

I made two appointments for tire two weeks apart, but both times there was no tire technician when i arrived.
