Just weird customer service I get every time I come here. But the latest is I went Friday and they told they had a 4 hour wait and I could not make appts for tire rotation and balance. I asked what day would be best to walk in and she told me Monday morning. So now I’m here Monday morning when they first open and I am being told they can’t do it cuz their lifts are down. I’ve given this Walmart Auto Care Center multiple chances, and it’s the same story every time: “Our lifts aren’t working” or “We’re understaffed.” Somehow there’s always an excuse instead of service. Customers take time out of their day expecting basic automotive services, only to be turned away. If your equipment is constantly broken and you’re consistently short-staffed, then stop advertising services you can’t provide. I was actually really disappointed that no one was willing to help me get my tire serviced. Little to no effort was made in assisting me.
Very good service , James at the front desk of auto shop is very friendly and polite. Price r very good , service is very good . Thanks replace four tires of my car .
Avoid Walmart Tire service, took my car their, 1st they said they are unable to evaluate my tires, 2nd I asked to remove the rear tires but put the new ones in the front, they said that would be $20 extra, 3rd they said they couldn't remove one of the nuts and could not do the work. Took it to DISCOUNT TIRES and the replaced the tires fast and no issues
