I scheduled an appointment for 10:30am for our Toyota Rav4. When I arrived they checked me in and I received a text minutes later saying service had started. I was told the service would take about 45 minutes. An hour later I received a call and when I went to the auto center I was told that they had checked my car in as a Jeep Grand Cherokee! I don’t know how they checked it in as a Jeep when it clearly is not a Jeep, but the entire service ended up taking over 2 hours because of this error. We were later informed that the ... read more
Worst tire service ever. They cannot put a tire on a rim that I verified will fit. Then they took 3 hours just to get my truck back with the same tire on it. When I was trying to spend $1,000 on tires and they can't even change one. Don't waste your time. Then they called me three times repeating that the tire wouldn't fit and I talked to three different people. Don't waste your time or money.
They don’t know what there doing. They ripped all the bottom of my car off just for an oil change. Thanks a lot
Worst Service EVER! A simple battery change. Came in early morning 7AM, for it to take 4hrs later. As you arrive they check you in. 10mins later I get a text of I have officaly checked in. An hour later, the vehicle service has just started. 45 minutes later, I kindly asked how much longer the guy goes and checks and says 30 minutes more. If you like, you can check. I walk to the side and see him working on it, but other staff ask him to work on other clients to check them in while not done with the original service. You the... read more
No line what so ever but was told there was 3 appointments at 5:30 PM I was here at 4:30 PM… do better!
