Worst Walmart auto center I have ever been to. I did a walk-in to get my rear tires looked for nails and it took 5 hours (3pm-8pm) for them to look at it, install 1 new tire, and then scratch my wheel. Cashier at front is nice to customers but loves getting mad and slamming doors open/closed. Do yourself a favor and get your work done ANYWHERE else but here. literally worse place ever, the worse customer service, long waiting time, no one ever knows what’s going on, there’s barely anyone at the auto center register to help you, DO NOT RECOMMEND
I scheduled an appointment to install tires and get them delivered since they didn’t have them. So the day of the appointment Walmart canceled my appointment AT 1 IN THE MORNING. Canceled due to tires not arriving on time BUT they did get there before my appointment at 10am. So I call and ask if I can still come in of course because I need the tires. They said sure, it’s not too busy. I get there and am now waiting for 7 hours……Still waiting as I write this and still they have not even started on my car. Absolutely pathetic.... read more
