Very unprofessional, just spend the few extra dollars and take to someone knowledgeable. I needed a quick tire change because I had a large nail in my tire. They had me wait 45 minutes to tell me I need an appointment. Before they even spoke to me they had me waiting for 20 minutes. Then they say the one service guy is on break, when the guy returns he helps all of the vehicles just arrived and arrived after me. When they finally get to me all they say is I need an appointment. Called 3 times in a row on hold 15min each time. Took service elsewhere
I’ve been here multiple times . They charged me for fixing my car , on stuff they didn’t fix . They have horrible time management & are very rude . I wouldn’t recommend but hey to each its own !
Service is slooowwwwww been here for 2 hours for a oil change when I arrived as soon as they opened
