Walmart Auto Care Centers have used to be my Go To for tires, but that is changing. The Tire Technicians (are?) no longer permitted engage in talking about their skill & trade. Brought in a Road Hazard Warranty tire that had a bubble forming on the tread and the Tech suggested balancing it to correct the vibration, or purchase a new tire. When I asked about the benefit of the Road Hazard Warranty, I was informed that only covers two puncture patches on the tread. Jon Adam over at the tire centers customer service was awesome! Went above and beyond to find me the correct tires super polite and upfront about pricing and recommendation for my vehicle. Will definitely be back again.
Usually takes a while to get things done here, but I got there first thing this morning for a nail in my tire & John Adams tended to the situation promptly. He was able to determine quickly it hadn’t gone through the tire so he had me in and out of there in no time. Thank you John Adams!
Waited for 4hrs for a headlight restoration and a bulb change (they told me it can take up to an hour when I dropped my car off). They offered to take $5 off but ended up giving me a free bulb ($14). When I was leaving another customer asked what was wrong so I told her I’ve been here 4hrs and they offered me $5 off the service and the shift lead Gracie went well we actually gave you more off in a sarcastic tone. Excellent customer service. I made an appointment for an oil change and they were finished in less than 30 min. All the guys I had a pleasure of dealing with with very friendly and provided A+ customer service
