Why do they have an awful customer service? I don’t want to get a service and get yelled at and they asking me if I’m stupid? what’s wrong with this
I make appointment 2 days in advance. I get there wait for about 20 minutes and while I'm in the waiting area I get a call from them. They say they dont have enough oil. They would have to get some off the shelf and charge me an extra 30 or so dollars. Does this make sense? I ask when will they get more of the synthetic oil, guy throws his manager under the bus and says I dont know hes not vocal about this stuff. Walmart Auto Care Centers have used to be my Go To for tires, but that is changing. The Tire Technicians (are?) no longer permitted engage in talking about their skill & trade. Brought in a Road Hazard Warranty tire that had a bubble forming on the tread and the Tech suggested balancing it to correct the vibration, or purchase a new tire. When I asked about the benefit of the Road Hazard Warranty, I was informed that only covers two puncture patches on the tread. Jon Adam over at the tire centers customer service was awesome! Went above and beyond to find me the correct tires super polite and upfront about pricing and recommendation for my vehicle. Will definitely be back again.
Usually takes a while to get things done here, but I got there first thing this morning for a nail in my tire & John Adams tended to the situation promptly. He was able to determine quickly it hadn’t gone through the tire so he had me in and out of there in no time. Thank you John Adams!
