If I could give a lower score I would came for a warranty battery swap and I was here for over 2hrs and had multiple customers come in and out even after I told them the battery was bad they still charged it and checked it and created another ticket to just change out the battery I had already told them was bad so now we are at it is 3:27pm and im still here so im beyond angry worse customer service ever
I only get my tires and oil change done here. I always have good customer service and the time is always right. I also have Walmart + membership and that helps so much with the cost too. They have good prices and I always seem to always get a nail in my tires. A lot of times it repairable other time I have to replace but I always have warranty. I will continue to always come here.

Went in for tire rotation and was.told it would only be 30 minutes. I was the only customer there. An hour and a half later, finally got my truck!!! Still the only customer there! I would not have had rotation done today if they had been truthful! Didn't have that much time! No excuse either because again, I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER AT THIS TIME!
Walmart has the worse tire shop service ever the men running after each other getting no work done 5 hours I waited and they didn’t get anything done they gave me back the broken tire and sent me away very bad service don’t recommend anyone going there
