Went in for tire rotation and was.told it would only be 30 minutes. I was the only customer there. An hour and a half later, finally got my truck!!! Still the only customer there! I would not have had rotation done today if they had been truthful! Didn't have that much time! No excuse either because again, I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER AT THIS TIME!
Walmart has the worse tire shop service ever the men running after each other getting no work done 5 hours I waited and they didn’t get anything done they gave me back the broken tire and sent me away very bad service don’t recommend anyone going there
I was here for four miserable hours for nothing more than a simple tire install, and this was by far the worst auto service experience I have ever had. I had a scheduled appointment and showed up at 4:30pm, a full 30 minutes early. Instead of checking me in, they flat-out refused and told me to wait until closer to my 5:00pm time. I finally got checked in at 5:10pm because of the long line, even though I had already been sitting there waiting. Two hours later an employee told me they were almost done. Should have just paid the extra 20 to go to discount tire.
Tried to buy tires and they told me they were not able to sell tires 😒 why do they even have an automotive center?
