If you buy a tire online and Pay for installation and road hazard during your online purchase know that it’s Walmart policy that they will not Cover your road hazard if you bring the tire in off of the vehicle. This is a very poor policy if you’re not able to get your car to Walmart. In order to keep my road hazard after they had mounted the tire I had to bring the car in. This ended up being a two day process for me because I did not have a spare tire. So I had to go buy a wheel and spare for my pickup.
They don't know how to answer a phone and they have no sense in urgency customer care is last on their list
This is by far the slowest tire center ever. 4 people just standing around chatting while I wait hours for my tires to be installed. I wonder if this is the department all the terrible employees get transferred to. Management should really review video and fire all these employees. Obviously the management at this store is garbage.
Worst wal mart auto care in Lubbock!! I will drive across town for now on !! Took a whole hour and half to put on one tire that was in warranty and in stock! And that time was from when they took it back into the garage to end of service not counting the time before they took it back and horrible customer service
