Worst service ever got. Just to replace a tire they made me wait for 1.5 hrs . After 1.5 hours they started the work.
Forget going inside, talk to the service bay tech. They only take appointments for oil and new tires. All other needs FCFS, but standard answer 2 hour wait. Can't make appointments for warranty?? Got the too busy, wait or go away!!
Avoid this one. Manager/Coach was not nice/empathetic in the slightest. Mistakes happen but how you handle a situation makes a big difference.. just go to another auto care center.
We had a great experience yesterday with an employee here. My car wouldn’t start when trying to leave after grocery shopping. My husband went to the automotive department and an associate walked all the way across the store to jump my car. He then had us go around to automotive and made sure everything looked okay/the issue was fixed. This was all free of charge. I believe his name was Brendan?
