No one ever asked if I needed help. Terrible customer service
The tire is perfectly fine according to them, despite the fact that it's leaking air.
Showed up at 8am for a balance (20 minute job) this is after I called and they said we dont do appointments for that just show up. So i did. 1 car ahead of me so I expect to wait 45 minutes and begin walking around. An hour later I go out there and my car hasn't even been pulled in. There is a car behind mine, 1 of the mechanics goes to that car and pulls it into the shop. When I asked what was going on they said they had an appointment. Is this a joke?!
