Called ahead early in the morning to schedule service. They have me an appointment at 1PM. Later they said it was never scheduled and will be a 2+ hour wait. The auto tech was snarky about it not being scheduled service, even though it was scheduled more than 3 hrs ahead.
Got my oil changed at this location and noticed about a week after that my car started acting weird. We had a mechanic check it out and there was no oil in the tank at all. Called up there to speak with them and was told that they were aware that we had an oil leak and that mechanics always explains issues they find before servicing, which no one had. Brandon & Jordan are above & beyond. They are so helpful and kind. Not only they changed my tires nicely & efficiently , but they helped me unlock my car as I dropped my keys inside. Ive met a great person waiting for his car at walmart, who had a kit to unlock the car. So Brandon, Jordan & the other guy didn’t hesitate helping him to open my car. They saved my night, and were so helpful…
Team was very genuine and honest about the issues and how to fix it.
Very super rude people they were very angry when I just pulled up because another lady told me exactly where to park and then other guy kept waving me back and they said oh we can’t do it today. We’re short staffed. I understand that they are frustrated but they took it out on me and I will never go here again.
