Garfield is horribly rude over the phone and in person. I refuse to come to this Walmart ever again because of how he spoke with me.
Good price on car battery
I showed up at 7am when they opened for an oil change. I was told 1 appt in front of me, so like an hour, he said. I said ok. No big deal. After 2 1/2 hours I asked about my car. They said it would be next. Well I left 4 hours later! Ridiculous
Came in at 7:30, there were two vehicles in front of me that had already been started for tires. Sat an hour and a half and they had managed to take two tires off each car and were balancing by the time I gave up. The two techs that were there literally would have to purposely be that bad. This place gets worse every time I go.
I waited over 2 hours for one tire. When I finally asked why, I was told CHEYENNE G. picked another car because she got my car mixed up. I will not be back! Kevin E. and Cheyenne G. have the day you deserve! Horrible customer service. No apology or anything. The “team” lead is Tyler and he just walks around w a scowl on his face. Useless!
