Yall some a-1 employees and you know it
3 bay shop, very understaffed. Most days 1 or 2 certified techs.! Per day!, not the shift! Not even a ticket writer or a cashier ! They expect the technician to run the shop and the desk And train the new workers at the same time.. don’t blame the technician for the piss Poor management…
This just a bad experience all the way around. Scheduled appointment for 1:30pm for oil change. Upon arrival the service associate made eye contact but turned around and walked away. 5 minutes later he acknowledged me standing there. His name was Josue.I explained my appointment for oil change was completed on line with a specified time. Instead of scanning the barcode provided by Walmart, he turned his screen around and insisted I type all the info back in. He should have scanned it but refused to do so.
