David failed to be transparent about services that I paid for. He did not complete the job even though he marked it as complete on the invoice. Instead of going back to this location I have submitted an ethics report to Walmart. Do not lie to me about an incomplete service that I paid for. This is misleading, neglectful behavior, and I will not tolerate this behavior from anyone. I trusted Walmart auto to take care of a simple issue. I had gone in because I had a flat tire. My tire couldn't be fixed which meant I would need a pair of new tires. Unfortunately, they didn't have the size I needed. They offered to put my spare on for me so that I would be able to drive and find tires elsewhere. I arrived at 5:15. I left at 7:50. They had changed the tire, but no one let me know either by message or in person (I was sitting in the waiting area) for at least 45 minutes after the job and been completed. I had a flat tire and need to make a 5 hour road trip for soccer. They fixed me up within 30 minutes! Shout out to Chance for all his help!!!!
