I bought tires from Walmart and paid for their road hazard warranty. Yesterday I had a flat tire so I came to have the tire repaired. I made an appointment but when I showed up for it, they told me they couldn't do an appointment for a tire repair only for new tires and whoever made the appointment was new. So instead of showing up and spending 5 minutes getting my tire fixed, I had to wait for 2 hours because apparently Walmart only cares about new tire sales and doesn't care about their existing customers. I tried to get an oil change. I showed up at 5pm. After waiting an hour and a half for them to oil change 2 cars in front of me I left at 6:40pm because the slowest employee that Wal-Mart employs said it would take 45 minutes more. I've had good experience at other Walmarts but Not Expressway and Council. That kid slow!!!!

We had a horrible experience at the Walmart tire center store! Recently my husband purchased 4 brand new tires for his truck costing about $700. No less than 3 weeks of having the tires he had a blow out on one of them. Spending that kind of money we would have never declined getting the road hazard tire warranty which was only $10 per tire. He spoke with Micheal who is the manager of the tire dept at this Walmart store #564. Micheal claimed that we declined the warranty and said our tire could not be replaced. Tell Mike& levi to get some guys that can fix some stuff ,im up here to change a headlight last month they can do it this month they cant do it all cause one person don't work there no more !

Clerks are great, one mechanic though...he insisted my tires weights were on the outside and only. Put them back where they were. Straight up lied and insisted I need to make sure to write down if they need to be on the inside next time. I know my car like the back of my hand, and I keep my weight inside the rim. Wanted me to make an appointment for 3 hours later to fix his mistake. Probably wanted to charge me for it too. Yeah, there won't be a next time ever again now.
