Would like to leave zero stars, but I can’t. Went in for an oil change and was there for over 2 hours. Was initially told it would take 45 minutes max since there was only me and one other car. After an hour and a half of no notice my service had started I had to ask customer service about my car. The desk staff were rude and unprofessional. Didn’t finish until another 45 minutes had passed. Only reason I stayed was because they had my keys, and were ‘working on it’ the whole time.

good help with heavy battery
Went in during cold weather early morning a hour before work with no other vehicle in line to have a low tire checked. Only to be checked in and standing in the cold for about 20 min to be told nothing what to do next? Heavy set Latino with glasses who attended me went back to service only vehicle in side and left me in the cold wondering what to do next?
