Took my car here for an oil change before I drove home to Fortworth on my way home the drain plug fell off. Never in my life have I heard of this happening now my engine is screwed my car is basically totaled and worthless thanks Walmart auto care they really know what they’re are doing over there.
People doing work on cars were great. Service desk attendant was slow and lazy. Seemed irritated that I needed to pay.
The worst experience I ever had at Walmart Autocare. I booked an appointment at 9:30am, and I dropped off my car 10 minutes early. It took almost two hours for an oil change. Even though I have an appointment, I have still waited for 2 long hours. And at the front desk, the staff is very lazy; even though there are two front desks, only one man is handling the payments. Would like to leave zero stars, but I can’t. Went in for an oil change and was there for over 2 hours. Was initially told it would take 45 minutes max since there was only me and one other car. After an hour and a half of no notice my service had started I had to ask customer service about my car. The desk staff were rude and unprofessional. Didn’t finish until another 45 minutes had passed. Only reason I stayed was because they had my keys, and were ‘working on it’ the whole time.
