Not only did they make my husband go buy a part at auto zone they also didn't even start the oil change till hours later while he waited. We also made an appointment online ahead of time. That's just down right disrespectful to make him wait for hours after making him get a part. Y'all should be ashamed
I would not recommend getting your oil changed here. Mario the manager doesn't seem to know a lot. He wouldn't even give me a 5 dollar gift card for oil we bought. Again don't get your oil changed here I thought I could get an oil change at Walmart because it's not hard to change oil.
SEVERAL TIMES I GET HERE AT 6:30PM AND THEY CANT HELP BECAUSE THERES ONLY ONE MECHANIC. THE OTHER GUY CLOCKED OUT EARLY. JUST SAY YOURE LAZY!!
This place has more excuses than Carter has pills! I wonder if the store manager knows this? 🤔 Have you ever tried to get a simple oil change at WALMART? ANY WALMART? Well it is not easy. From a previous experience, I was told to call to set up an appointment to avoid a 3 HOUR WAIT. So I did, I called this store to make an appointment.
