Walked in with no appointment so of course there was cars before mine. I didn’t mind the wait (2 hours and some minutes) and when grocery shopping while my car was being serviced. I was given updates through text and calling. Once I got the all done text I was immediately handed my keys and thanked.
First and last time here. Employees with the worst attitude, unwilling to work. Came to change my tires and first, they opened 7:33 am when they're supposed to open at 7 and no one even approached to see what I needed. Screw this place.Took my business to Tire Kingdom.
Manager left 1 cashier to handle 20 customers and was not in sight took an hour to just get a battery
I use walmart for the oil changes... but I asked for a AC system tech and they don't have one on hand. Moreover, they recommended I go to a complete scam of a shop. I won't be returning to this location.
