Oil change okay everything else, not okay. I took my new car to Walmart Auto Care Center for an oil change. While the oil change itself was fine, after the service I found my main switch button pushed in so hard it was stuck and wouldn’t respond. I immediately brought it up. The techs said I “brought it in like that,” which is not true. They also reset my oil/maintenance information, that requires using the same button. If it were already broken, how did they reset it? Ordered tires with installation on Thursday. Appointment set for 7am this morning. Got a text at 6:22 saying the appointment had to be rescheduled due to to tires not arriving. Called in and was informed they hadn’t shipped yet. Just got another text saying the service was refunded. Moved my week around for the install, woke up at 6 to get there on time, and now I’m SOL and starting from scratch. Pisspoor experience
I’d give zero stars if I could. Went in to get an oil change waited for an hour and 1/2 said they would text me and didn’t even do that. I walked up to the stand and they were calling out names of who was ready. Finally getting my keys back they said they didn’t even do the oil change!!!! I would never recommend coming here.
