Awful experience. Horrible customer service both times we went for both cars. I’ve had my oil change appt for a week and then get there and they don’t have the correct filter. Why isn’t their service manager looking over things for the week ahead to make sure they are prepared for appointments? Why do they always look so frazzled and chaotic? Called ahead of time and checked inside, both said I did not need an appointment. Guy in the shop refuses without an appointment. Guess I'll just drive another 25 minutes home, oil unchanged. 🙃🙃
Had an appointment, checked my car in at 10:16am and 45 minutes later my car is still sitting waiting, was told at 10:16 it would get right in and now I’m told some techs left. My appointment was booked nearly a week ago. Now I’m told it will be 2.5 hours before my car is done, just to put tires on. That I prepaid for! This is so disappointing!
