Josh is rude and did not check me out , when there was 2 customers with a cart full of groceries, I had to wait to just pick up my keys and leave and pay for my oil change .. worst customer service service ever .. my children were outside waiting in the bay in the cold the whole time , my youngest had a wheelchair so it was more difficult to bring her in and take her out .. Josh needs more training in Customer Service ! Never coming back .

Very Good tire deal online BUT if you decide to go to Lakeland tire center be prepared to get POOR customer service and be ignore by the team member they did not have the proper tire technician to perform the right way. Did things happen went someone know a person inside the corporation and give a push to be hire and them customers paid the price so if you decide to go be aware.
A ghost place and huge waste of time. I made an appointment for an oil change a week before, arrived on time, it says "wait here for assistance" in front so I waited for couple minutes but there was nobody outside so I went inside and also not a single soul there. Finally I found someone and he said that he needs to check something on the other car and will be right with me, there were like 8 cars inside, nobody working on them, waited for another 25 minutes, still nothing changed. Trash. I was told they didn't have my filter so if I got my oil and filter they'd do it for $30. I got the oil and filter and about 10 minutes after returning, one guy came and told me someone would help me soon. I got there 40 mins before closing. After 30 minutes of waiting, I went in and the guy said he couldn't do it bc he was the only one there. His name was Jose. Straight trash.
