I scheduled appointment for 7:00 and showed up on time and had to wait 20 minutes longer for them to open the doors and when they finally began working on removing and replacing my tires and I waited in the waiting room when a roach came out of nowhere so I left and then one of the employees told me they snapped off one of the studs and said I could get some sort of compensation or replacement however after waiting an additional 40 minutes they finally finished and I was not compensated and the stud was not replaced very dis... read more
For the past two days I have attempted to reach the auto center for prices on tires. Nobody and I mean NOBODY answers the phone. You drive down there and nobody’s at the counter. I suppose the store is the money maker and auto is what it is. Who cares right. BTW. This seems to be a trend. I’ve called all three auto centers now and nobody answers. Lakeland, Bartow or Auburndale.
Went to WM auto center with a tire losing air as s result of picking up a screw. Bought these four tires a couple months ago at a WM in my home town. Service writer told me I could wait 4-5 hours and maybe get in or I could schedule an appointment for 7 days later. That was it; I was left to dealing with this issue. Went to Discount Tire nearby and they plugged the tire and charged me nothing. My relationship with WM tires is done. Have purchased 2 sets of tires from them; and will not buy from them again!
I have 4 good year tries and 1 of them keep losing air .i took my car and the said the fix it put is still losing air . I am wasting money put air . I don’t know if the trie is bad or poor customer services
