I had an appointment for an oil change at 7:30 AM. When I made the appointment the day before, I asked if I could also do a tire rotation. The guy said just tell them when you get here and they will be able to do it. When I got there I asked if I could get a tire rotation as well. They said that has to be a separate appointment, but they would fit me in. It took 2 HOURS for an oil change/tire rotation WITH THE EARLIEST APPT you could get. Do not waste your time here. Go somewhere else.
Excellent service! Mohamad was courteous and professional. He replaced and balanced two tires quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated his friendly attitude and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
This store and auto center is getting the worst place to do business with. I had a scheduled appointment at auto center and the went to drop the car couple hours before because I could arrange the ride to back home at that time. The person at front desk did not take the car even though whole parking lot was empty. He said I must wait until 15 minutes before the appointment. Edit. Had a higher rating but after the initial post found they were doing some terrible things. Came in for new tires. THEY OVERFILLED THE OIL TO PURPOSELY CAUSE ISSUES. They didn’t page me once the car was done and closed up the service department. If we didn’t get the store manager we would have been stranded. Bought and had tires installed (10/08/2024)
This place is so mismanaged. This manager Kim needs to be fired. She booked my appointment at 9am and there were no employees here to do the work. Seth couldn't even figure out how to ring my order up so he called over the intercom repeatedly for cowboy who never showed up. Finally someone did show up but said he couldn't start work because he was on break. Seth was completely indifferent to the issue and didn't bother to apologize.
