At first I was really happy with my experience here. I had new tires put on my car and they were a great price for the tires, mount and balance. I told a bunch of my friends about what a great place this is for tires. However, a couple of months later my tire pressure sensor went on so I took it in to have them look at it. There was a nail in one tire so they removed and repaired for a fee (Les Schwab would have done for free). Okay, that's fine. But the pressure sensor didn't go off. Asked for new tires and they gave me tires that are literally 2 years old according to the year and week on the side of the tire, I also asked the person doing the job to simply check my brake pads to see if I should get them replaced any time soon and he simply stated "we don't do brakes" Like duh I know you don't do brakes but you can't just look at the pads and see if they are close to metal or not for me? I had an excellent experience at the Walmart Auto Center in Spokane Valley. I came in with a flat tire that unfortunately could not be repaired, but Steve and his team were absolutely amazing. They took the time to explain exactly why the tire was unrepairable, treated me with kindness and respect, and even put my spare tire on for free. What really stood out was their customer service and willingness to help during a stressful situation. The tire service was hard to find because it's on the back left side of supper center behind garden center. No signs, with that being said, fantastic service waited less than 5 minutes for them to start putting on four tires, they disposed of my old tires, $4 a tire, and balance the new ones all for under $300 less than an hour service.
