Came in at 9 Am. Ordered a headlight restoration. Shopped around for a bit. Came back and watched my car sit in the garage for 2 hours. It's now 1120 and they just said they started on the 2nd headlight....... I could have spent half of the money to do it myself and would have been done in 20 minutes. I'm watching 7 dudes stand around in a circle and talk....
Extremely horrible experience waited in line for over an hour and 20 minutes with my kids no one helped us it is a horrible place to go. For anything ever I will never go back for any reason we ended up going to jiffy lube had my oil changed in less than 15 minutes and that's including talk time.
I arrived at 8:00 a.m. to get there early and avoid the line for an oil change. I don’t understand why they said they would charge me separately for the oil filter. After they started working, they told me they didn’t have the right filter and that they needed more oil because the engine was so big. I had to go buy a filter myself.
