Went for an oil change. They caused a $700 damage to radiator and adjacent components. I found that out later, during (another) garage visit. Looks like they hire just about anyone and pay them peanuts, treat them badly so they dont stay too long or certainly do not show any care for your car. In another time, I bought tires there. I was lucky I checked the tires and found 3 with one correct size, 1 was wrong. I notified them and they put the correct size, only it got some weird large bubble that erupted 2-3 days later. God damn this place has a 2.3 rating??? I see why too ive been here for 1 hour to get my battery replaced and they have only gotten to test it so i ended up leaving since i have things to do. Hopefully i dont get stranded with this battery again!!
Ordered 4 tires that were delayed, customer service is non existent you are met with attitude when asking questions. A complete lack of professionalism and communication employees do not want to do their job.
Well I drove by and I saw that they weren't busy they only had one car and I need a new battery,when in and the guy inside said that they wouldn't take care of me today because he only has two guys and the third guy is in lunch and when he gets back he's going to send the other one to lunch he said to come back Saturday morning today is Friday 3:40 p.m. long story short it was pretty obvious that the guys here didn't want to work one of them was just walking around literally doing nothing. You got to do better Walmart!
The worst service you can receive, if you want to get angry, waste time, see how they serve women for free and have them wait for you to tell them that they are busy and do nothing! Come to this place is the worst and the worst service they change my oil after 2 hours and they could not change the filter “sir it is too tight “ 😂 I will never do business again @Walmart should replace the staff!
