Employees talking about themselves in forever to get somebody to help me
This place sucks. I waited over an hour for two tires to be replaced, only for me to discover that they installed the wrong tires. I pre-paid for Goodyear tires, and they gave me some “sceptor” off brand tires. The Goodyear tires were $30 more each. I tried to come here to save money, but I will never return. Please just go to discount tire. They actually know what they are doing
Was met immediately upon arrival, clear instructions of process. I arrived early, was taken right in, was texted when service was completed, no wait to check out. Wonderful experience. Employees were friendly and professional.
We had such a great experience at the Walmart Tire Center! They got us in and out so quickly, which we really appreciated. Jeremy was fantastic—he went above and beyond to answer our questions and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service and efficiency. Highly recommend!
