Hoy fui para que me hicieran el cambio del aceite a mi carro y el chico no tuvo cuidado y rompió el botón de abrir mi hood, Luego cuando salí pensé que todo estaba bien y confié en ellos porque pensé que habían hecho un buen trabajo , el chico me miró insinuando que no había pasado nada y noté algo raro en su mirada, no me dijo nada que se había descompuesto ese botón y me dejó ir sin decirme ,me monté en mi carro y me fui cuando llegué a mi casa me di cuenta que me había roto ese botón pero ya estaban cerrado
Had some issues with wheel weights twice and had to get my wheels balanced elsewhere. I spoke to Greg the manager. While my particular experience with the wheel balance team wasnt great and I wasted time and money. Greg the manager remediated the situation well. Thanks Greg.

Booked my appointment around 7:30 in the morning so that there was nobody and I could get my car done fast and they were quick with it. Took them around 30 minutes from start to finish. Way quicker than the Walmart I usually go to by Rosenberg.
