If i could will give them -10 stars service sucks they threw away a good battery. They said they were going to call me back once the battery was ready which they never did and they throw good $99 battery and they don’t wanna be responsible for it
Came to this location yesterday and they said 1.5 to 2 hour wait time, so I make an appointment for this morning at 930 am instead. I check in early at 917, but they still don't get started on my car until 954. It's 10:30 when I ask the lady working the desk "I thought it wouldn't take an hour and a half if I made an appointment?" Her response was "they workin on it." I came to Walmart for a puncture on my tire and had warranty on all my tires since I bought them here at Walmart I was greeted and helped by Denise she made everything easy and simple big thanks 😊 for making the process fast and easy
I came here because my emergency tire light was on. I was told it would take 45 to an hour. So I took my kids to Wendy’s for an hour came back and they had not even started working on my vehicle. They said it would take another 20 minutes before they even get started on it. I know no one comes to Walmart because of the service but if you tell a client it will take a certain amount of time that is what should happen rather than having no compassion and having the attitude that it is what it is.
So, I'm calling all the way to the store..16 min 20 seconds how long phone rung..I'm in the tire center phone on speaker , man at counter I ask yall don't answer the phone??? Man looks oh the ringer turnt down I thought I Hurd sumn..He's working the counter by himself..So I can't be upset with him. The person before him TURNT THE RINGER OFF..LIKE WOW..Walmart on 45 and Louetta they don't answer the phone at all..I called the optical she said yes they call us but they NEVER ANSWER PHONE..WALMART IS TRASH AND TARGET IS BETTER... read more
