This place is the worst place to get your oil changed. The staff is incompetent and rude. I waited in the line for 30 minutes, I was told to move to the back of the second line and second line and wait for another 30 minutes because the first staff member who talked to me never registered me. I normally get my oil changed at a different location because Walmarts in the ghetto like this one always have trash service and subpar employees working at the ghetto locations… But I was in a rush today and thought it was worth the ri... read more
I came to Walmart for a puncture on my tire and had warranty on all my tires since I bought them here at Walmart I was greeted and helped by Denise she made everything easy and simple big thanks 😊 for making the process fast and easy
Paid damn near 900 dollars for new tires. They messed up my sensor. Came back 3 times for them to fix it and they didn’t. Then tried to charge me 30 dollars for a new sensor. Fat ass Janet is also rude. Never come here to get your tire’s. They will mess up your sensors. Thank you bre for being understanding. Sorry you saw me get frustrated.
If i could will give them -10 stars service sucks they threw away a good battery. They said they were going to call me back once the battery was ready which they never did and they throw good $99 battery and they don’t wanna be responsible for it
I came here because my emergency tire light was on. I was told it would take 45 to an hour. So I took my kids to Wendy’s for an hour came back and they had not even started working on my vehicle. They said it would take another 20 minutes before they even get started on it. I know no one comes to Walmart because of the service but if you tell a client it will take a certain amount of time that is what should happen rather than having no compassion and having the attitude that it is what it is.
