I went in on a spare because of a nail in the sidewall of my tire to have it replaced. After about an hour and a half, they got the new tire on, but my tire light came back on less than half a mile down the road. I pulled over to check what was causing it and found that the valve stem had a massive hole in it. I took the car back to have the brand new tire replaced again, which took another hour to do. I showed up at 6:30pm for an oil change. The auto care section closes at 7pm. I expected for the employees to be annoyed and not treat me well. Bernard did the oil change and was kind and professional. He did the work quickly with a great attitude. Kevin helped me at the register and offered to ring up the 20 or so other items I was planning to purchase. This was a few minutes after 7 when they were supposed to be closed. No attitude at all. Absolutely terrible cane in for a tire patch waited over 3 hours wqs told 30min to 1 hour.

I went in for an oil change at 2 PM, and was told it would take about an hour. Fast forward 3.5 hours, and my car STILL hadn’t been touched! The mechanic didn’t even start working on my car until 5 PM, and then he stopped halfway through to work on someone else’s car. I was completely ignored, and no one bothered to update me on the situation. I ended up leaving without the oil change because I had wasted enough time.
