The worst customer service, completely unprofessional and not friendly at all..
This is the worst car shop I have ever been to. Nobody wanted to work. They tried to talk me out of buying tires just because all four of them didn’t say the same! When asking questions about the tire types, I caught nothing but an attitude I was told they could not put my tires on. I could purchase them and take them somewhere else to be put on because the tires on the back had a different namebrand so basically Walmart wanted me to buy four tires or none at all And the people outside working in the tire section are rude an... read more
I paid for an oil change. I also paid for my own engine oil and because they was out of my filters I had to pay for a filter all this was done on May 1, 2025 now today is May 15, 2025. Bring my car to Firestone because the check engine light is blinking when a diagnosis is done come to find out that Walmart shorted me 3 quarts of oil when I paid for a 4 1/2 quart bottle. I arrived at 5:50 to get one tire fixed that I order online. Apparently they close by 5:55 even thought the hours online says they close at 7pm
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Walmart Auto Center located at Westheimer and Kirkwood. I brought my car in because it was smoking, and the technician I spoke with seemed completely unwilling to assist me. He immediately dismissed my concern, seemingly because of the smoke.
