They opened at 7AM on Sunday. I intentionally waited until 8AM to go, to give them time to wake up/not be the annoying first customer that makes them work as soon as they clock in. They still seemed uninterested in communicating or working at 8AM. I told them that before I drove to the Highway 6 location.
Imagine taking 3 hours for a car battery replacement.
I arrived at 3:00 pm and there was only one car ahead of me. I waited for more than two hours to get an oil change for my vehicle. I've always gone to other shops and the service is fast. I will never go back to this shop again.
