I would strongly recommend avoiding getting any kind of maintenance work done on your vehicles at this location. I scheduled a 10 A.M appointment for my vehicle’s tire pressure sensor, and they didn’t begin “working” on it until approximately 12:30 P.M. I received a call at 1 P.M and was informed by the manager that they didn’t have the sensor in stock. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Absolutely Pathetic They informed me that they are short staffed but that they have 2 techs and only my car and 1 other to work on, I came in for a battery install. They turned my car off so I cant even drive it out now without jumping it. Its been sitting in the bay with the hood up, the battery is under the passenger seat. I just didnt want to sit in the AZ summer heat doing it but apparently I should have, its been nearly 2.5 hours now for a battery.... and they wont even give me back my keys and jump me, reminder that I ... read more
It's so bad here. No one knows what they are doing. It took 3 hrs for oil change. The customer in front of my had transmission oil put in his motor by the tech here. Avoid this place please
I had to switch my appointments around because of scheduling errors, the team was so accommodating and nice they did an amazing job! I got three tires changed for a really decent price with very little hassle. I was helped by three different people on the team Jesse, Antawan (not sure on spelling) and another older gentleman, they were all very sweet and very clear about what was going on, 10/10 would recommend.
