Just trying to call to make an oil changed appointment was the worst service ever.I called the first time she put me through to the automotive service department. And the phone rang and rang and rang, and then it hung about me. So I called back and asked, what happened. She put me on hold for about 10 minutes, and then she finally got back to me and she couldn't hear me. So she hung up again. Came here to have a battery checked that was low they sold battery to me 8/24 apparently they only last a year here so do not buy their batteries they will rip you off and not warrant the warranty as they should worst customer service ever made me wait 30 min for an answer I’ll take my business elsewhere

Unprofessional and unorganized. I have called before coming to this location, I asked if they accept walk-ins and the employee said yes . I walked in ready for an oil change and they refused service . And said appointment only .don’t appreciate that I took the time and miles out of my day .

Made an appointment for an oil change instead of a walk in because, "it would be 40 min instead of a couple hours." Two hours later, I'm still waiting. When it's done, it's 15 min to check out, only to find that they left my car running. Go somewhere else.
