I came to Walmart to get a simple oil change and after I was done checking out and paying for everything they told me that my skid plate was "damaged" and they couldn't put it back on. I find it very sketchy that they're telling me a part was damaged after I had paid for my service and everything. I had later called the manager Chad to discuss my concern who proceeded to tell me that my skid plate was damaged when I brought it in which restricted them from putting it back on. Mel is a terrible terrible employee. He has no sense of urgency when it come to helping people. He will literally see you and walk as slow as possible to help you. He made me carry my own battery in store ( a gentleman had ALWAYS carried my battery for me). When I asked him he said “you can do it”. I understand that he is old but this is his job. Then today I asked for help and his basically laughed on my face. I will write a review on him every.single.time he sucks that bad. Make him a greeter or something. And the mechanic... read more
