Walk-ins are basically ignored. They made me feel like I was begging for a favor instead of asking for a service. I'll rather pay more and receive at least proper customer service.
They never answer the phone! Have to drive all the way there just to talk to someone and schedule an appointment. Customer service is just bad. Makes it not worth having Walmart+ because this is the closest Auto Care Center and they don't care.
