Awful customer service came here for an oil change and the lady Diane was VERY rude and acted like she did not want to be there. The mechanic was very nice though!
I changed my tires here, everything went quickly, I received messages when the work started and when it was finished.

The employees are very serious they don't laugh with customers or say hello or anything if they don't know how to work with customers put them in the warehouse where no one sees them please.
Made an appointment for 4 new tires. Had to drive around on a donut for a week while I awaited said tires. They messed up and only had two on hand when I came in for my appointment when they said all 4 would be there. THEY STRAIGHT UP ARE WASTING MY TIME BECAUSE NOW I HAVE TO MAKE TIME TO HAVE THE SAME SERVICE DONE.
