Bad customer service and they’re not punctual at all my appt was at 530, they didn’t start my car until 645 then the one mechanic smoking more then he working

This location is much better than other Walmart locations, but you get what you pay for. Walmart’s tire warranty and road hazard coverage are essentially meaningless—just keep that in mind. For example, if you purchase this coverage and your tire needs to be replaced, they must order the exact same brand of tire and have you return on a different day for installation. Quick and efficient service. Dropped car off for the appointment scheduled at 4, tires on and car ready less then 30min later. Staff was friendly and in good spirits. Highly recommend. Most of these low star reviews are from people to incompetent to use a website to schedule an appointment. Schedule on the website and show up for your appointment
