I needed 4 tires put on there was only one guy to work on all vehicles are u kidding me!!!
Awful place, Awful customer service, awful mechanics, i’m just gonna say that the next day of my oil change appointment the oil pressure indicator came on and i took it to the closest mechanic and it needed 5 quarts of oil bc whoever did my car messed up and it could’ve cost me a whole new engine! If you like your car DO NOT take it there!
New tires instillation
My check in experience was great. I asked how long it would be to get my tires put on they told me an hour. I said I might walk around the store and they told me I would get a text when my car was done. I walked around Walmart for about 35mins then came an sat in the waiting area. When I didnt get a text after an 1hr an 20 mins I go up to the desk and they told me my car was done 45mins ago. When I complained about sitting in the waiting area for so long they told me they have been having issues with their text system. So wh... read more
Bad customer service and they’re not punctual at all my appt was at 530, they didn’t start my car until 645 then the one mechanic smoking more then he working
