Not only great service, but great people. I came here as a last resort after the previous mechanic I went to left my skid plate hanging on with a zip tie. They repaired it quickly. I would recommend highly. Shout out to managing mechanic, I believe his name was Iran.
Been calling this place for over a week to verify what the process is once I take my car in. They canceled my appointment without warning stating that the tire delivery was delayed I called customer service and was told that wasn’t true. My appointment now being the next day, I was only able to keep it because I immediately rescheduled it for the same time before the block was taken. I was never able to speak to someone from the auto center. I’ve tried calling everyday at different times and was never able to reach anyone!!
I have appointment 7 AM but 7:13am nobody here no responsible job also cancel appointment Because I have installation my tire He didn't show up for work.
awful customer service. never notified me that they cancelled my appointment. was guaranteed a same day appointment by in store customer service when my tires actually did come in. when they did actually arrive they couldn't book me for a week out, and customer service has done absolutely nothing to help. now I am out 800 dollars until my refund is granted, and still have to go find tires and installation elsewhere. I should have known, it's walmart. silly me.
