My check in experience was great. I asked how long it would be to get my tires put on they told me an hour. I said I might walk around the store and they told me I would get a text when my car was done. I walked around Walmart for about 35mins then came an sat in the waiting area. When I didnt get a text after an 1hr an 20 mins I go up to the desk and they told me my car was done 45mins ago. Bad customer service and they’re not punctual at all my appt was at 530, they didn’t start my car until 645 then the one mechanic smoking more then he working

This location is much better than other Walmart locations, but you get what you pay for. Walmart’s tire warranty and road hazard coverage are essentially meaningless—just keep that in mind. For example, if you purchase this coverage and your tire needs to be replaced, they must order the exact same brand of tire and have you return on a different day for installation. Most people can’t afford to wait days without their vehicle, so they end up paying the full price for a new tire (whatever brand is available). It’s a shame th... read more
