Don't make an appointment unless you pay online for the service. Twice I've made appointments and both really bad. 1st one was for oil change, for there on time for appointment and waited for at least 30 mins in a line of cars ahead of me.,,before anybody came up to my car. 2nd one was for tires called ahead, maybe a week beforehand made appointment to get 4 tires. The oil change was perfectly fine. They did not provide any of the courtesy services that are described in the store and on the website.

Wish they would tell you it's appointment only. I waited in line behind 3 cars took an hour and a half to be greeted and told it was appointment only and they couldn't fit me in.
