Had an oil change done on car and they didn't place the filter on correctly. Oil was gushing out of the filter location, car started smoking on drive home and oil was all over the engine. Called the Store to ask for the Manager Jessica, to inform over 10 times. Was told the store manager Jessica was unavailable and transferred to another manager, but of course no answer. Each time I called back no one answered. Hoping there was no damage to the engine!
