Honestly no stars. I had a blown tire on Sunday. Went to Walmart and purchased 2 tires for the rear and had to order 2 more since they didn’t have all four. Went every day afterwards to see if they arrived. Yes I tried calling. Nobody answered. Today which is Friday almost a week after. I went in and asked for Joel. He placed the order for the other two tires. Today He said he had tires that would match. I have all terrain tires that I purchased. What he put on was street tires. Big difference. Got here at 8am and was greeted with a long line and a 3 hour wait time. Next time, come early @ 7am. I did not get service this day as I was on a time limit.
Bought the tire warranty, they didn't tell me that if I have a flat tire I have to make an appointment as if you schedule a flat tire! They had 2 cars ahead of me and said they were not able to help me today till tomorrow with an appointment!!!! Wats the pint of selling a warranty if you are not able to use it when u need it!!!! Horrible service!!!
Was the worse experience ever! There was only 2 cars in line for and oil change and I waited for 1 /2 hr for an attendant to come and at least take my information so I could get out of the hot car and go shopping while I waited for my car to be ready. But nobody even acknowledge me I even honked my horn to get their attention they looked at me and looked away Waited 10 more minutes I finally left the line and went inside the store to find my daughter that was waiting for me with Mobil cart.
