This is my third set of tires bought here. First 2 times excellent smooth and professional service. Something changed. Service technicians were super helpful and Tried their best to make sure i was helped and answered my questions. They did a great job installing my tires and torqued the lugs properly as requested. However, the whole setup seemed disorganized now. especially the inside staff who didn’t appear to know i had an appointment, had trouble with my paperwork, didnt know where my tires were. Absolutely worst service ever. Set an appointment in advanced and day of told me they did not have the oil I had requested in my appointment confirmation, then charged me extra 10$ for a different one I did not want. They made me wait 2 hours for an oil change and proceeded to tell me they could not complete the task due to a stripped bolt. They also told me 30 mins after cancellation email that it was cancelled and I had to walk outside and retrieve my own keys because no one came up to me. Very poor customer service at the Auto Care Center. I called ahead of time to ask about the estimated wait time for a battery replacement. I understood that it was only an estimate, but I was told it would take less than an hour, which sounded reasonable. When I arrived, the cashier was very friendly and efficient. He explained the battery options, I paid for the battery, and he told me it could even take around 30 minutes. So far, everything was great. Scheduled appointment, showed up early, just to be told they don’t carry the filter for my car. I’d have to buy the part myself and bring it to them or go somewhere else. Can’t speak to the service or employees, can’t blame them for this horrible system. What’s the point of entering all my car information if they can’t check stock before my appointment?
