Zero stars for helpfulness and customer service. I bought a main battery and auxiliary battery for my vehicle online, only because my size was not available in store. I changed the batteries myself, I took the 2 old batteries to the auto desk to get my $24 in core fees. Whoever was at the desk very rudely told me there was nothing they can do and to call 1- 800Walmart. Lied about not having tire plugs. Poor customer service.
Had an appointment for three days to get four tires put on. They tried for SIX MINUTES before they called me and said they could no longer do it and canceled the appointment and wouldn’t answer their phone the rest of the day. Total scam operation and an embarrassment of a company. Would not go here if you value time and even a microcosm of a work ethic.
ZERO Star. I spoke with a guy name Zac on 8/9/25 regarding faulty tires pressure sensor. Zac ensured that he would schedule my repair for 8/10/25 @ 8AM. When I arrive Aalto stated that my appointment had not been scheduled and that I would have to wait 2hrs which is extremely inconvenient given that I scheduled an appointment with ZAC the day prior. I asked to speak with a manager and Aalto insisted that he is the manager which was a LIE. Aalto is a TL which isn't the same as a manager. I guess this is what happens when you ... read more
