I got 4 new tires here last week and they were very nice and efficient. A week later (today), I notice 3 lug nut covers were missing and it bothered me, even though I know it’s just aesthetic. It was a small issue but I just showed up without an appointment. I talked to John and he was so helpful and cared, which I really appreciated considering I went there at 530pm on Friday. Thank you John for your kindness and help.
When a place has 100+ reviews and STILL has 2 stars…there is a reason. Went to Walmart to get tires changed on my rims and happened to forgot about my lug nut key. They said they couldn’t do the job because how it’s “my problem that I forgot the key.” 1. I never had this problem at other Walmarts. They were always able to get the job done. 2. Today i walked into Walmart on 14 mile and vandyke ,auto department, the employee was very helpful and i got my car oil change done perfectly without no appointment, thank you so much
Had an appointment for an oil change at 5:30pm on 3/24/26. My car wasn't serviced until 6:30pm. So I spent the majority of my 5-9 after work at Walmart. Lovely. What was the point of the appointment? There was no one at the counter when I walked in, so despite me being on time for the appointment, I checked in late. Had to hit the pinpad twice for someone to come.
