I came here to get one tire repaired and they rounded a couple of my lug nuts for that tire. Not that big of a deal except I see on the order receipt that they wrote that they were damaged to begin with. I'm not even going to try to rectify the issue with them and they've earned this 1-star review. The tire tech messed up and instead of taking accountability, they had the audacity to say that they were damaged before work was started. I'm just going to buy new lug nuts and change them myself. I don’t often write a negative review. First, I got sucked in by the ‘2 day special’, 1/2 price on oil change. Great, I’m past due, let’s give this a go. My Dodge didn’t qualify for the half off. “Why didn’t the advertising state that *most cares don’t qualify ? No GM, Ford or Chrysler/Dodge). I had an appointment for 9:30am, almost 9:45 someone decided to respond to the ‘call for assistance’ which was obviously a suggestion. Scheduled an appointment for 12 to get tires installed, I purchased online from Walmart. They did not finish until 2:45. Don't waste your time shopping here.
Do not take your car here.Took my car for oil change wiper blades and air filter.Was told to give them a hour to hour and half.Went back 2hrs later and was told they didn't do the oil change because they seen water in my oil when they took cap off lol you can't see anything when you take the fill cap off so I asked did you do the wipers and air filter was told no .Wth?
