It's a SCAMMING place. purchased online a $1000 set of tires, and the worker at the auto center tried to steal them by saying we don't have your order and when I called the 800 Walmart number and the manager they said "nothing we can do about it", and what ever you do at online Walmart it has nothing to do with us, it marked as picked up, when the set has a sticker with my name on it, on the floor at the auto center, I had to call my attorney and same friends to be able to get those tires from Walmart and I'm waiting for my ... read more
On December 15, 2024, I took my vehicle to the Walmart Auto Center at 7555 Telegraph Rd for a routine oil change, and their severe negligence resulted in catastrophic damage. Immediately after the service, I noticed abnormal vibrations in my car. The next morning, while driving on a busy highway, my vehicle suddenly lost all power, putting me in an extremely dangerous situation.
