Poor customer service the whole way through. I pressed the button to summons help. Waited 15 minutes and pressed the button again... an employee finally showed up and asked me to move so skye could look for something on the shelf. I asked her if she could unlock the cabinet all i could get a trimmer. She sighed and said in a minute... 3 minutes later she opted the door for me and started at me... so I politely asked her so I get it myself?... her sparky remark was... well I don't know what you want in there..... every other ... read more
Couldn’t do a simple oil change, cost me a whole motor. My mechanic told me they broke a part off when doing the service causing my oil to drain completely. Had workers walking around that were said to be untrained. Blamed it on me already having an oil leak which usually lasts me months before “draining completely” after this service my oil drained immediately.
