Made an appointment about 4 days ago Spoke to the person inside the store inside the tire shop and explain to him that I wanted it two cars done never did he mention that I had to have two separate appointment. I also told him that the tires I’m providing I just need them to be installed in balanced. He said that’s fine. It’s gonna be like 20 to 25 per tire. They installed my new battery backwards and really messed up my car. I had to take it to a mechanic for repairs.
Lazy and poor attitude go somewhere else
Poor attitude at the service desk. After hearing the pricing for rotate and balancing I quickly drove to Discount Tire down the street. Guess what, they balance for free, regardless if you purchased tires from them. Guess who is going to be a loyal DT customer. This girl! But need to say that I would have left Walmart due to the attitude regardless. Customer Service and wearing a smile is something those of us who know the difference, is a thing of the past.
