Ordered tires and service from Walmart website, when I arrived ontime for my appointment the tires were there but the cashier, Anita, said they don't service tires that size. (After I paid for the service) I asked why they would sell me a service they do not provide? She, Anita, gave a BS excuse as I have had tires the same size installed at the same location before. Purchased 4 tires. Service was great and fast! They did an awesome job!
I recently purchased a tire at Walmart and had it installed with the lifetime Walmart+, installation / maintenance package, which includes balancing, rotation, and a road hazard warranty. While I was pleased with the friendly and helpful service from the associate at the desk, I noticed that the initial invoice did not include a rotation.
