I am so happy with the service I received from not only Shannon!!!! Thank ypuuu!! Also..Chris and Zach and Michael and Gary, you all have just gone above and beyond for my particular need. I want to thank you so very much. It was already very stressful. You guys deserve a lunch on Walmart. If I could have tipped you today, I would have bought you lunch myself

I called the auto department three days in a row. Each time nobody answered even when I sat on the phone for 10+ minutes with it ringing each time. Great price on installing your tires compared to Mr tire but I ended up at Mr. Tire spending twice as much simply because these people do not answer the phone. Terrible customer service when I call days on end and nobody answers. Just close the shop if you don’t want any business.

Went to walmart's auto center to get a plug put in my back tire. My tire are brand new from last year. Guy told me where the plug is is too close to the sidewall and tried to sell me a new tire. Went to another shop up the road was fixed in 10 minutes and the guy there called bull crap on Walmart. Nice try

One star is to much. I went to get two tires changed. 1 in the back and amy other, and ask to put both new ones in the front. He told me they'd change the ones with the least treed. I told him no the back one is dry rotted and leaking I need It changed. When done he told me they changed both front tires. He then was going to have them take one of the old tires and replace the bad one wich would have been fine. An hour and 30 minutes came back told me they wouldn't do it all the tires are 8 years old and dry root. Total b.s. ... read more
