Had 7 am appointment set for tires to be mounted on a pickup truck, tech found they were one size bigger and turned down appointment. No where on website does it say that you can't go up one size on a pickup truck. One size increase is a common thing to on trucks. Tech originally tried to blow my wife off saying it there lift couldnt lift the truck. The truck was there 2 years ago with no issues and the service asked for above fulfilled.
Purchased tires here and they refused to mount them as they couldn't figure out how to put the vehicle in service mode. This is because the vehicle does not have a service mode. Said the aftermarket air bags would blow if the car was put on a lift. The vehicle has factory air shocks which are safe to be put on a lift. Attempted to tell the service manager this but they still refused. Don't waste your time here.
Wouldn’t suggest at all take your car to an actual shop, bought all new tires January 2025 they installed them went to change a flat that july 2025 and was unable to get the tire off when doing so we realized the lugs were torqued to tight and the whole lug nuts came off with a wheel stud. Took the car to an actual shop that knew what they were doing auto care center here ended up torqing all the lugs to far and they had to be drilled off the wheel stud and have all new parts installed. Hi! The addition of Lisa to your Automotive Service Center brings a much needed boost to the department. I actually stopped coming here because it was always a debacle for a simple oil change.
