From start to finish I had a terrible experience. Brought the car in for 4 tires. They could only change 3 bc a lugnut was crossthreaded and they don't have the capacity to handle that. Ok, fine. Sucks but what can you do? I get to check out and the man charged me for installation which was already paid for so after arguing at the counter, someone finally checked my order and BOOM already paid for. So they refund me. Went for a free tire rotation after buy tires there..very fast and friendly..wish I could have made a reservation on line but, there's no way to do so for a tire rotation..but,they were very fast and friendly.. definitely will be back.. great prices also.
