They're full sometimes so they don't always take walk ins but I have never had a problem with this service center. I've taken my mom's car and mine to be serviced here.
I got there about 15:30 and asked for a synthetic oil change and was actually told No!. Come back tomorrow I'll have like 9 technicians. We close soon. The website says 19:00 closing time, what did I do wrong?

I am writing to suggest that Walmart consider adding transmission fluid exchange (drain and fill) to your service menu. Very unprofessional and inexperienced workers in this center. After 15 minutes of waiting I was told to come next day. I am wondering why I wasn't told at the beginning even if I didn't have prior appointment. There was another customer after me but he was attended by the worker without bothering to ask me that it's my turn.
