Very unprofessional and inexperienced workers in this center. After 15 minutes of waiting I was told to come next day. I am wondering why I wasn't told at the beginning even if I didn't have prior appointment. There was another customer after me but he was attended by the worker without bothering to ask me that it's my turn.
My mother was needing to have a rear turn light replaced. We just discovered there was an issue with it this morning. We called her usual mechanic, but they could not help us until Wednesday (5 days away). I called Walmart Auto on 180th and Center and spoke with Tristan. He was incredibly kind and professional. So thankful for Dakota and his customer service! I am from out of town and didn't have time to wait for the service I needed. Dakota heard my needs and came up with a plan to at least get me home safely where I could then have it addressed in full.
