Terrible customer service, just one guy and he sucks
I must of called 10x to make an appointment. No answer. I booked my own online, when I got there I waited to be spoken too for 20 minutes in the lobby. When I said something to the person that eventually came in, he didn’t care at all that there were 4 people waiting on him.
They're full sometimes so they don't always take walk ins but I have never had a problem with this service center. I've taken my mom's car and mine to be serviced here.
I got there about 15:30 and asked for a synthetic oil change and was actually told No!. Come back tomorrow I'll have like 9 technicians. We close soon. The website says 19:00 closing time, what did I do wrong?

I am writing to suggest that Walmart consider adding transmission fluid exchange (drain and fill) to your service menu.
