No one answered the phone all day..AUTO CARE DEPARTMENT
Traveling across country and we really needed new tires on our travel trailer. Zach at the auto service counter went out of his way to determine appropriate tires and get them replaced and installed right away and at a great price.
Of i could give them less than 1 star, I would. Came in there today to get my daighter's tire fixed. Had it on my car, drove up to the customer service entrance, parked the car there and walked in - trying to find out where to bring the tire to if they can fix it. Nobody in the service center but a mechanic walks in and yells at me for parking in front of the service center. We walk out the center together, I try to ask a question and he turns around and snaps at me in a very hostile demeanor and says "What?". Obviously, we ... read more
