AMAZING service today - able to replace my battery in the snow!

Took vehicle in for oil change jan 19 morning walk in. Was informed no more walking ever. Made appt for Jan 25 at 430p earliest available. Dropped vehicle off in morning and was told they may not have proper oil filter. They did. Vehicle was done 4 hours before scheduled appt time. No one wants to work obviously so excuses are made. Why would you not possible have parts needed when scheduled a week in advance. Since when is walmart appt only?
When Walmart is the only Sunday morning answer for a flat trailer tire, the world has gone horribly wrong!… However, Tristan and Jennifer have been great, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication to getting me back on the road!
