My friend called to make a appt today for an oil change she had to have she was going out of town tomorrow the person said different times she took 9:30 am . Apparently they only take appointments no walk ins for any service anymore. She took myself and another person for shopping my friend is so thoughtful always asks since I don't have a vehicle. They may get better, but right now, avoid this store for tires. Soonest appointment for install was 3 days after I called. Had an early appointment but after I checked in I found out that they were already running 1.5 HOURS late. Now I'm a captive, already finished my shopping, and they haven't even started on my tires. They claim corporate decision to take out half of their service bays is making them slow, but that was the excuse for having to wait 3 days to schedule the appointment. There's more going on. I don’t know about others, they just fixed my flat tire so smoothly! Great friendly nice team! Really slow and instead of calling you to let you know they cant do a service for any reason they wait until you show up
