This is a very good auto service center with pleasant staff, but today I spent an hour and a half trying to prove that the oil I brought was suitable for my car—even though I’ve never had an issue with this before. The sticker under the hood specifies 0W-20, but the Nissan owner's manual—or even a vehicle-specific search on Walmart's website—also permits the use of 5W-30. Had an appointment for an oil change, and a new tire. Got there early, got in line, then was told in a unprofessional manner, to move my car, told him I had an appointment, yelled again to move my car out back. So I moved it. Went in, and said something to him. He just shrugged it off. It took almost 3 hours past my appointment time to get done. Their hiring policy needs to be revamped. Walmart automotive service is horrible. First they told me it would take only a short amount of time for my vehicle to get in two hours of waiting later they told me it would be another two hours. I finally had somebody come pick me up, and when they finally said my vehicle was getting worked on I went back and verified with him that they were gonna provide a tire rotation. I had a wonderful experience yesterday getting my oil changed! Besides being very affordable and prompt, I had a service guy named Joey make my day a little brighter! He was friendly and personable! Keep up the good work! I will definitely be back!
