Horrible experience. Even with setting up an appointment we waited for 3 hours to get new tires put on. We were told by staff the appointment would take an hour. They also didn’t latch our hood completely after our oil change and I noticed it bouncing as we were driving down the interstate. Luckily I caught it before it flew up and caused an accident. We’ll never be going back.
Came in for a battery install and Nick was super kind and helpful!
Literally the worst Walmart auto care center I’ve ever been to. Walmart is pretty bad in general with their auto care centers, but I was looking for affordable tires and purchased brand new Goodyear tires through them. After my appointment was canceled because my tires didn’t even arrive to the store on time. I then called the store and made an appointment for 4 PM on Friday 1/17. SLOW SERVICE! I had a 10 AM appointment time to get new tires. Got here at 9:45 AM , FINALLY pulled my car in at 10:40 AM. At 11:40 AM, new tires STILL ARE NOT ON ABD JOB IS NOT COMPLETE!!! They are in No hurry to make any customer happy. I’m EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
