Gregg was so kind, professional, and helpful today, when we, out-of-towners got a flat tire in Republic. I would come here again based on the amazing service he provided. Thanks for having men like Gregg on your staff. Our thanks to Gregg for his kindness.
So I usually like to use this auto center for things like flat tires but after my last visit I will not be coming back. Dean worked on my car , when he was done he proceeded to tell me my front tire was loose and that the last auto center I had been at previously that day (For a front and back tier rotation) should have caught and fixed it.He told me if I did not get it fixed my car would end up in a ditch or I would flip over and die.I took my car back to the other automotive shop because that is what he recommended. I have never been at a tire center that is so slow and incompetent. I have used them a couple times now and each time I am told about an hour to finish then I come back after an hour and I am told they just got to it. So I have groceries sitting waiting and ruining. And no one can give any explanation better than we are trying while they stand around goofing off and joking around talking about their sleep cycles. I don't care how much more I gotta pay next time I will not come back to Republic auto and tire center.
Horrible experience. Even with setting up an appointment we waited for 3 hours to get new tires put on. We were told by staff the appointment would take an hour. They also didn’t latch our hood completely after our oil change and I noticed it bouncing as we were driving down the interstate. Luckily I caught it before it flew up and caused an accident. We’ll never be going back.
Came in for a battery install and Nick was super kind and helpful!
