Absolutely ridiculous service. You wait for hours and they still dont get you in for an oil change. Last time I bought tires I ordered 3 weeks prior and scheduled an appointment and it took 4.5 hours for oil change and tires. My time is my most valuable commodity. You need better employees and management back there to stream line better.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Had an appointment at 10am for 2 new tires thats all. They're people walking around with nothing to do and it took them over 2 hours to put on the tires. Idk how they make any money. . Smh
Had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change, been 2 hours and it hasn't even been brought in the shop
Terrible experience I went here and was told my battery would be replaced under warranty I showed them my receipt and they said it was covered. When we come pick my car up after they replaced it the let me know that it would be $120 because the warranty expired! Absolutely terrible service this was on them and they should have notified me that the battery would not be covered by warranty before completing the service. I will never come here again.
