Gregory was wonderful! Thursday evening I got a huge bolt in my tire, thankfully it was in the tire tread and not the sidewall!! Went in Saturday morning After some waiting because I was a walk in - I truly think Corporate needs to look into allowing tire repair and rotations to be a scheduled service as well, continue with walk-ins, but let us all be able to schedule a service! The slowest place I’ve ever been 3 hours for 2 tires to be changed
If I could leave zero stars I would. Walmart brand never disappoints with terrible customer service, excessive defensiveness and arguing and they’re never wrong. I didn’t choose to use Walmart. Unfortunately the car I own has Walmart tires. But getting them to honor a warranty in a hassle free fashion must not be part of their mission. At this point warranties thru Walmart are useless.
Waited an hour and a half for an oil change. Was also supposed to have my headlights cleaned but that did not happen. My oil life was also not reset. Very disappointing after what was already a difficult day
Slowest service people in the world set for 2 and a half hours waiting on Fore Tires to be installed then they tried to sell me a battery and it was just a loose connection
