Absolutely worst tire experience everybody is rude and the tire man has terrible additude took over an hour for 2 tires and nobody else in line their "team leader" just as bad as the crew and even tho they say how much the tire cost don't believe them they charge 15 bucks a tire they don't tell you about for putting the tire on you already bought from them it's ridiculous. Oh and a 3 dollar per tire valve stem fee what a joke
Lucky to receive even a 1 star if avoidable do not bring your vehicle here. Tried to get a tire installed and they weren’t even able to do that. Waited 1 hour for a mechanic shop to tell me they couldn't change a tire
This “Auto Car Center” is not an auto care center. I would highly recommend not taking your vehicle here and wasting your time. Brought my vehicle to get all 4 tires changed after an hour of waiting they said they could not jack up my car to put the thieves on. This auto parts center claims they are unable to use a jack on a vehicle. The only good thing about this was I called Walmart customer service after I left and explained the situation to a customer service manager. Gregory was wonderful! Thursday evening I got a huge bolt in my tire, thankfully it was in the tire tread and not the sidewall!! Went in Saturday morning After some waiting because I was a walk in - I truly think Corporate needs to look into allowing tire repair and rotations to be a scheduled service as well, continue with walk-ins, but let us all be able to schedule a service!
