I made an appointment for an oil change for my daughter at the Cabot Supercenter. I have used Walmart for years with multiple cars to get oil changes, new tires, etc. Her tire pressure was showing low on all 4 tires. I assured her they would take care of it but she said she asked too when dropped off, (this was her first oil change by herself). No appointments required when I called, but a 3 1/2 hour wait when I got there in person. Wish I would’ve known before driving 30 minutes to Cabot.
Phillip is the GOAT!!!!! We came in from hot springs for a baseball tournament- Laura got us processed and work started immediately to ensure we got done as quickly as possible! Such a great experience from start to finish!!! Thank you guys so so much!!!!
They have always changed my oil and do an amazing job! Great staff, customer service and quality work.
