Wouldn’t give price for a car battery over the phone. Terrible service
took a pair of tires in today to have them installed. I bought them through the app, but it turns out I have to remove the old tires myself and take them in so they can put the new ones on the rims. I don't know if the woman just didn't feel like helping, or if that's how they always work. Very disappointed. I had the new tires installed at another shop.
I made an appointment to get an oil change on 1/04/2026 @ 530. I arrived at the service department at 525. There was people Waited for approximately 20 minutes while the technician was helping other people. I went inside and spoken with the cashier at the service desk. He verified the appointment and stated that when my vehicle information was entered, I would go ahead of those that didn't have an appointment.
