The clerk is really nice. They took Mr in as soon as I came in 4 my appointment and took Carr of my car.
A lot of people give five-star reviews as quickly as they give a thumbs-up, Not me. They earned it. They're a trust-worthy crew that goes the extra step when installing tires. They've gone out of their way to ensure tire I had shipped in were in good condition and age before installation. They did a great job and I'm very happy with my multiple experiences there. Totally underestimated.
This is a really great Walmart Auto Care Center. I moved to Jacksonville, NC recently from out of state where I've had very poor and unreasonably long visits at other Walmart Auto Care Centers. This Richlands, NC Walmart Auto Care Center is the closest to me now and is very reliable. Chris is a really great Service Advisor. He respectfully took time on the phone to discuss everything regarding my initial tire installation request.
