Very nice and friendly
Not sure if it applies to all Walmarts but this is the one I have encountered this issue at. Twice I brought my same vehicle in due to the tire Walmart sold me delaminating and twice they refused to honor the warranty and fix the tire. Because I either don't bring it to them to rotate which voids the warranty or they have records for the tires that are are good but not the one in question. It sucks to suck when you don't keep receipts and expect people to do their job correctly.
Made an appointment for an oil change through the WM app and upon arrival my appointment wasn't even on their "list". They checked to confirm my appointment and sure enough it was on the system. The guys there were still able to take my car in to make said oil change but I hadn't been in that kind of situation, I'm grateful they were still able to do my oil change
The clerk is really nice. They took Mr in as soon as I came in 4 my appointment and took Carr of my car.
A lot of people give five-star reviews as quickly as they give a thumbs-up, Not me. They earned it. They're a trust-worthy crew that goes the extra step when installing tires. They've gone out of their way to ensure tire I had shipped in were in good condition and age before installation. They did a great job and I'm very happy with my multiple experiences there. Totally underestimated.
