My wife went into the service area to the desk to ask a gentleman about a repair. He looked at her and rudely said no we don’t do that. Then she asked about a mechanic recommendation in the area and he said Google mechanics in the area. He then turned around and walked away. This was very rude and we will never be using the Walmart service center again. Horrible customer service.
They need more help very very long wait
Got appt. For oil change and tire balance and rotation. Called me before appt. And said they did have my oil filter and said you if you can go to to O'Reilly's across street from Walmart and pick one up. Ok so I did I stopped at napa on way picked one up. So gave them filter when I got there when all said and done they said I got a $1.66 credit for bringing in my own oil filter. I didn't agree but they had my keys.
