I would never take my vehicle there again they stripped the lug nut and then when I bought new ones, they refuse to install them even though they weren’t doing anything very poor and disrespectful to customers is unacceptable
The staff was fine. The full disclosure about the PitCrew oil service offered for 26 dollars was not. Apparently WalMart no longer carries bulk 10W oil just 5W and as a result the service for 26 was not provided HOWEVER they found a 5 qt jug of 10W30 and my Jeep only needed 4 qts..(before that I suggested going to the shelf and find x qts of 10W30..guess what they had it. The bill came to 44.88 how this was "up charged" is a mystery. At best it is poor advertisement and worst "BAIT AND SWITCH". They did give me the 1 qt left... read more
Walmart's auto service online appointment set up is very easy to use. Joe did a great job.
This place can be pretty strange, guess it depends on who Is working. Had this place replace tires on my vehicles for years. Called this morning to get an appointment to get a tire changed out. They now say no appointments, first come first serve. I live 25min from there so would be nice to make sure I'm going to get the tire replaced. I explain just need 1 tire changed on my sub, guy says ya should be no big deal. Drive up there, said I called couple hours ago about changing the one tire.
