Checked in for oil change at 10:17 for appointment at 10:30. At 11:16 I was notified that they were just starting the oil change. At this rate, I would have been better off going to the dealer. My appointments with them always started promptly.
I was able to get in right away, and they quickly took care of my tire issue.

Hire more people and pay them so customers can get an oil change when you allow them to schedule it....you have major issues.
Excellent service! Will definitely be back for oil changes in the future.
