Scheduled an oil change online, and then got a confirmation and immediately received a cancellation saying the 'oil type' i selected was no longer available and time slot was gone. Decided to back the next day to schedule online at a different time slot but for the same day as before...same thing happened. Tried something differnet and i selected one of the other 4 oil options and picked a different day, still got the same cancellations.
