Had new tires installed. Great service & great price
Showed up with an appointment and was told there would be an hour wait because there was only one technician. Walmart, that is unacceptable. But Amber, the technician was a rockstar and got my oil change and another car's tires changed on time. Do better for ypur employees.
Scheduled an oil change online, and then got a confirmation and immediately received a cancellation saying the 'oil type' i selected was no longer available and time slot was gone. Decided to back the next day to schedule online at a different time slot but for the same day as before...same thing happened. Tried something differnet and i selected one of the other 4 oil options and picked a different day, still got the same cancellations. Called the store and they could see my name in the system for the times i was trying for... read more
