Took my work truck in and changed 3 tires since they had a great deal for All Terrain. (one of my tires had recently been changed due to a blow out) Everything went smooth, took about an hour and 45 minutes. No complaints

So luckily when I got to the service center at about 8:30 a.m. they were not busy and got my oil change done record time. Very friendly. Very efficient staff.

I tried to call to call and schedule an oil change. The lady on the phone proceeded to list all the times that they were NOT available. It was a very confusing call. I asked her again what time she had available- not the times she wasn't available. She then proceeded to list all the times that she was booked-again. I felt like she was telling me not to come because they were busy. Not a very professional phone call, in my opinion. I said, can you tell me when you are available? Tried to get an oil change at Walmart Auto Center. All bays were empty and technicians were only conversing with eachother, yet they said the oil change would take 2 hours. This was around 5:30PM (auto center closes at 7PM) and with no other customers in line. Went to Valvoline and there were 5 other cars in front of me. The technicians were professional and courteous. They told me they'd say when the car was ready and didn't tell me, text me or anything I had no idea and waited forever. They couldn't check transmission fluid. Wiper blades were trash... not good. Bummed. Not going back, a waste of time and energy.
