Tried to get an oil change at Walmart Auto Center. All bays were empty and technicians were only conversing with eachother, yet they said the oil change would take 2 hours. This was around 5:30PM (auto center closes at 7PM) and with no other customers in line. Went to Valvoline and there were 5 other cars in front of me. The technicians were professional and courteous. They told me they'd say when the car was ready and didn't tell me, text me or anything I had no idea and waited forever. They couldn't check transmission fluid. Wiper blades were trash... not good. Bummed. Not going back, a waste of time and energy.

Ordered tires through Walmart.com to have installed here, great pricing. When I got the vehicle back, there was tire mounting lube all over the wheels and tires, wasn't cleaned off. Later, when I washed the car, I washed the residual mounting lube and discovered multiple scratches on all the wheels and a large gouge in one of them, bare aluminum showing.. Had a flat tire on our camper when traveling through TX. Was able to bring our wheel in and have a new tire put on in no time.
