⭐ -10 Star I scheduled an auto service appointment a week in advance for 3:30 PM and drove all the way from Rising Sun, Maryland to the New Castle Walmart. When I arrived, the Auto Care Center doors were locked. I called the number, someone answered, and then immediately hung up on me without providing any information. I then had to walk all the way around to the front entrance, go through the store, and back to the Auto Care Center to find out what was going on. I drove to your auto care Center to verify my appt to have tires installed on Monday. After that I did some shoping and was very impressed with the service. I will explain at a later date. Loretta Quarles
Yesterday, I made 4 attempts to reach the auto center to schedule an appointment and no answer each time.
Horrible customer service everyone has an attitude 😂😂😂
