Service was excellent, everything was done in a timely manner
I’ve been getting auto care for all my vehicles, I.e. Oil changes, tires rotated and balance, and new tire purchases for several years now. I have made Walmart auto Center my go to for basic mechanic work on my vehicle because I can pull into any Walmart around the country and all of my information for my vehicles follows me so that I can get it tuned up or taken care of at any location
HORRIBLE AUTO SERVICE. I came for an oil change and three days later my car starts acting funny and my oil light comes on. I realized they never changed the oil, they just acted like they did and took my money. I came back for a refund and they redid the oil change and said they could not refund me for the inconvenience of having to come back because you guys DID NOT do my oil change the first time. DO NOT COME HERE FOR AUTO SERVICE.
I Will NEVER go back to this Walmart Auto Center AGAIN In My Life. They Charge You For Things You Don't Even Need. They Charge You For Things You Don't Even Want. THEY DO ALL OF THIS WITHOUT ASKING ALSO. When You Get To The Register To Pay You Will Be Surprised And Then They Say The Service Has Been Done So They Can't Change It. So For Something That Was Only $66 Dollars I Ended Up Paying $100. Guess They Saw Sucker Written Across My Forehead.
