I made a appointment buying two tires from them to have them put on .. i called them and told them to add two more . They said they would leave a note.. they said later there was no note and was just put on two tires. So after waiting a hour and a half for two tires on front . They were finally done...i don't think they balanced my tires, it pulls to left alittle.
if i could give negative stars i would. took my car in to get new tires and left with a non driveable car, and still yet they couldn’t even own up to breaking my car lol.
Wanted 4 new tires... They stop the whole service because they said I had 2 seized lug nuts, and it was against their policy to continue. Went somewhere else, nothing wrong. They don't know what there doing.
Always great service at reasonable prices
It I could give a zero star I would. They told me that I needed a key for the car to change the tires which is fine but didn’t take the extra time to show me on my Saturday appointment. Had to reschedule the appointment for Monday and Jose told me that I got the wrong key and guided me in the right direction on where to get the key and showed me the style of it and when getting to the store Jose helped me over the phone for getting the correct key.
