Got the oil changed in my gmc pickup, after a few days I noticed they had got something on both my fenders and hood looked like oil but not sure got it washed off , I’ll change my own oil from now on , I paid out a lot of money for my truck and don’t need incompetent people screwing up the paint and whatever else. I guess I better check my oil 🙁
I am very impressed with the auto center. My wife got an oil change, the next day her car had no oil, bone dry. We called walmart, spoke to the the service manager, Adam. He came out to where we were, brought oil & paid for towing back to Walmart to check it out free of charge. Come to find out a faulty oil filter was causing a massive leak. Completely incapable of answering a phone.
Put wrong oil filter on daughter’s car which dumped most of the oil out on her way home, which in turn locked the engine up. Then gave her $3000 to try and purchase another car with to get back and forth to college in every day. $3000 for a reliable car? Maybe if it was 1993 again. Use this place at your own risk ⚠️ KB Auto from now on for oil changes for our family.
