Walked in to ask about oil changes, how it works , how long etc . Stood there for a good 5 minutes while atleast 4 employees walked by and didn’t even acknowledge me. I refuse to give my money to any place that can’t even acknowledge that I’m there & will be with me in a moment.
They could not have picked a less personable person to work the counter. Daisy was insisting that she gets to decide which battery I can give Walmart for the core. Not a warranty exchange, a complete new purchase. I own 7 vehicles and they all have Walmart batteries, now I am going to find another source for all of my future battery purchases. I came Here for a tire change , 1 tire. And an oil change. I got Here at 6:15 they told me they were closing soon but they would still change my oil and tire, I waited More than 3 hours and still have. Not gotten my car back. I finally went to see what was taking so long and the boy told me they are working on my car even tho I watched for 5 minutes as they were cleaning the floor but not a single person touched my car. On a recent Thursday, the tire pressure warning light on my car turned on during my drive home. The next morning, I discovered a flat tire and went to Walmart to have the rear tires replaced. After the service, however, the tire light remained on. I checked the pressure myself, but the issue persisted.
