Don’t go there. My boyfriend needed an oil change. They were not friendly what so ever. Didn’t seem to know what they were taking about. And they BROKE the lever to open his hood. Who knows if they even did the oil change. So stupid !

Desperately needed tires, discovered a bubble on the right rear tire. It was 6 pm they close at 7. The girl would not even look to see if they had a tire for us. She said they need at least a hour. They completely told us no we can’t help you today. You missed out on selling us 4 new tires. I understand staffing. I do not understand rude, unprofessional customer service. I went for an oil change and waited patiently in the vehicle line (like I do when I go to most Walmart Auto Centers). 10 minutes passed and there were no employees checking to see what I was wanting in terms of car services. So, I go inside and ask the cashier if I’m waiting in the right place and asked if someone will come out to help me. She said yes. So I go back and wait…10-15 minutes later and no one helped me. I really like this location. I always get my tires done here. Some of the other locations will take a few hours to get my tires changed out, but this one usually has them done within an hour.
