I’d give no stars if I could. Do not go here. I brought 4 tires and 4 wheels for mount/balancing and my appointment was at 11am. One of the members assured me they could mount the tires (they are 22” rims) and I sat in the waiting area. At 12:45 after not hearing a single word and asking for multiple updates, I come to find out the crew member who said they could get the tires mounted promptly left for lunch before completing the task and was not returning for the day. Run! If you have to absolutely get service here, pray you don’t have Jesse as your tech. He is super confrontational and not honest about his “expert opinion”. I worked with Miguel as my cashier back there and he blatantly lied to me. Called earlier in the day and they said they could help but couldn’t and they just double down instead of just accepting they are wrong! Don’t go there. My boyfriend needed an oil change. They were not friendly what so ever. Didn’t seem to know what they were taking about. And they BROKE the lever to open his hood. Who knows if they even did the oil change. So stupid !

Desperately needed tires, discovered a bubble on the right rear tire. It was 6 pm they close at 7. The girl would not even look to see if they had a tire for us. She said they need at least a hour. They completely told us no we can’t help you today. You missed out on selling us 4 new tires. I understand staffing. I do not understand rude, unprofessional customer service.
